Report: Masked men robbed Rock Hill fabric shop

A woman was robbed at knife-point Monday while she took a smoke break outside of Hancock Fabrics.
The woman is an employee with the store, located at 1551 Cherry Road, and had stepped outside at 9 a.m. before the store opened, according to a Rock Hill police report.
Just as she finished smoking, two masked men walked up her, grabbed her by the hair and forced her back into the store, the report states. One of the men held a knife. They made her open the cash registers and safe, taking about $709, and fled on foot toward Deas Street, according to the report.
A K-9 unit was unable to find a trail for the robbers, the report states.
There is no mention of video surveillance footage.
