Police have arrested a peeping Tom suspect in Rock Hill who has a lengthy history of voyeurism and indecent exposure charges.
Travis Al Jeron Cousar, 30, of Rock Hill was arrested early Thursday morning. His bond is $40,000.
Cousar has been a suspect in as many as 18 peeping Tom and indecent exposure incidents dating to 2008. He has been in jail for the past year, and was recently released, said Lt. Brad Redfearn.

However, he does not match the description of the peeping Tom who has been sighted around Eden Terrace in the past few weeks.
In the Cousar's most recent peeping incident, a man said he was inside his bathroom when he saw someone outside of the window of his South Spruce Street home, according to a Rock Hill police report.
The peeper ducked once he saw the man looking back at him, but a few minutes later he looked in the window again. When he saw the man still looking, he took off running, the report states.
Officers circulated the area and saw someone matching the suspect's description riding a bike on the street, the report states. The man positively identified Cousar as the peeping Tom and he was charged.
Cousar has numerous felony and misdemeanor convictions dating back to 1998, according to a State Law Enforcement Division background check. The convictions include possession of crack cocaine, attempted burglary and assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature
